Operations

The Operations Working Group (led by Adam Kerr and Lisa Nichols) will develop the infrastructure to support C-ShARP administrative and financial services for Shared Resources, guide the development of a central portal for marketing Shared Resource services/events and C-ShARP outreach. Initial goals for this group include: 

  • Work with University administration to provide fast and easy access to capital equipment financing for Shared Resources
  • Establish guidelines and process to provide support to Shared Resources for special projects 
  • Establish process to support C-ShARP RFP intake and review 
  • Provide design guidelines for expansion of C-ShARP portal features 
    • Searchable database for Shared Resource instruments and services
    • Shared Resource event marketing 
    • C-ShARP RFP submission
    • C-ShARP member recruitment
